Visa Application

An invitation letter for VISA will be issued only to conference attendees who have completed the registration process for the conference and paid the conference fee.

By sending the basic information (Name, Passport No., Date of Birth, Issue Date of Passport, Expiry Date of Passport, Place of Issue, Nationality) to xueshu@eept.org.cn with "I need an invitation letter to get a VISA". We are sending you the letter as soon as possible.

The EPEEID organizing committee is obviously aware of and paying attention to the recent and ongoing changes to the VISA rules related to visitors from certain foreign countries entering China. If these changes will affect your ability to attend EPEEID 2027, please let us know as soon as possible.
